Sealyham Terrier

The Sealyham Terrier is a dog breed, of the terrier type. The Sealyham Terrier was originally developed in Wales. The first Sealyham Terrier club was created in 1908 and the breed was officially recognized in 1910.
Sealyham Terrier weighs around 22-25 pounds and they stand between 10 -11 inches. They have Wiry outer coat with undercoat. They are available in lemon, tan or badger markings are allowed on the head and ears
Sealyham Terrier is a proud, compact sturdy little dog that makes an ideal companion for young and old. They are loyal affectionate loving and social dog which love to be with the children and love their family. They adapt well to both city and country living. He expects the attention which he considers his due and enjoys a brisk walk to investigate the new smells in the neighborhood.
Sealyham Terriers are very happy and well behaved and show a lot sense of humor in their play.
They are confident and good learner and tease their owner with their humorous attitude. Sealyham Terrier is a fun loving dog with great companionship.
They are energetic playful & friendly. They are also a good watch dog with good protective ability. Their intelligence, sensitivity, desire to please, and astonishing capacity for play make them excellent companions for children.
Sealyham Terrier Puppies are easy to raise. Their litter size is 3 to 6 pups.
They are good for apartment living but needs daily exercise. She can be reserved with strangers, but devoted to her family. She is stubborn and independent.
They don't have much health problems.
Her wire coat needs combing two to three times weekly, plus shaping every three months. Shaping for pets is by clipping, or stripping.
They make a great family dog.
