Recently we lost our much loved pet, Heidi. We had her cremated and scattered her ashes in the woods which is one of our regular walks. When I do that walk now I think of her running alongside us and watching out for us. It get me wondering what did other people do when their pets passed.

Ah LB that sweet. Like the roman godess thinking .
Dont think that would work for me as I would probably break the container and all my clothes would be covered with ashes. Mind you most of them have dog hair so not sure it would make any difference!

our last staffy called tyson died 3 years ago at the ripe old age of 14 years, we buried him under a big oak tree in a field at the back of our house, we planted some daffodil bulbs on top of his grave to mark where he is buried, and every spring the daffodils bloom.
