To be honest, i wouldnt be rushing to put a lead on the pup just yet. You can get little puppy collars alright which you can put on her and get her used to it.
You can gradually introduce the lead over the next couple of weeks but be very careful as they are still very small and delicate so you dont want the puppy pulling too much on the lead.
I would attach the lead once the pup is used to the collar for a few days. The way i did it with my pup before was just attach the lead and the let the pup get used to it being attached but dont put any pressure on it just yet, let the pup walk around with the lead following it etc.
Then gradually hold the lead and get the pup to try and follow you with treats etc to get used to following you with bit of pressure on the lead.
Dont force the pup if its starts pulling back at this stage as they are too young too have too much pressure tension on the lead.
How old is the pup when you get her?

Yeah get the breeder to put an old item of clothing in with the pups and mum...(it might be a bit dirty but all the better and use in his new bed) use a crate to transport the dog lined with newspaper / I use vet bedding in my crates as it has a non slip back and helps the dog get grip on the plastic bottom. any pet store should have a bit....or get an old bathroom mat with the ruber backing Try to get a crate that will do for car transport when the dog is older as well I have a clipper and find that one best for my needs these are also iata (airline approved) for any trips you may ever need on a plane its worth having JIC. It is far easier to ensure that he is safe and that in the event of an accident he wont become a missile in the car. I would stop every hour and water the dog might be an idea to ask the breeder not to feed the dog before you collect ....dont let the dog down or near other dogs till fully injected he will need prob two more shots before making any public appearances ....ensure that he is kept super cool as you know how they can overheat esp the bull breeds. thats all I can think of in a hurry. hehe!
