PMA- Positive Mental Attitude...came about when Lisa felt she was catching a cold and I told her if she told herself over and over she wasn't going to get ill then she wouldn't cos the mind is so powerful you can use it to programme your body to stay healthy. PMA gets used now when positive vibes need to be sent for any reason. It works too!
